Best alternatives to LazyApply in 2026: 4 tools compared

Looking for a LazyApply alternative? Its yearly plans and daily limits, what to check in a switch, and four alternatives: Jobra, LoopCV, Simplify, JobCopilot.

By The Jobra team7 min read

LazyApply is built around volume: one setup, then a large number of applications filled in for you every day. That suits some searches. If you want monthly billing instead of a yearly commitment, a letter written for each job, or more say over what goes out in your name, it is worth looking at the alternatives.

This guide covers what LazyApply offers according to its own pages, what to compare in a replacement, and four alternatives, all as checked in October 2026. We make Jobra and put it first; every tool, ours included, is described from its own published pages. Prices change, so check each pricing page before you buy.

What LazyApply does

LazyApply’s home page says it can “automatically apply to all the jobs on platforms like Greenhouse, Dice, Indeed and Ziprecruiter” with Job GPT, which “automatically fills the job applications based on your information”. It also says it can send customized referral emails to employees at the companies you are applying to. It comes with a Chrome extension, and the sign-up notes say each plan must be added to a Gmail account.

Its pricing page lists three plans billed per year, as of October 2026:

Price per year$99 (list $119)$149 (list $179)$999 (list $1,099)
Applications per day151501,500

There is no free tier on the page.

Its pages don’t claim to write a separate resume or cover letter for each job; the plans differ in how many resume profiles you can keep.

What to compare in an alternative

  • Billing. Yearly, monthly or weekly, and whether there is a free way in.
  • Daily volume against fit. A high cap is only useful if the jobs match you. Look at how the tool picks jobs as well as how many it sends.
  • Tailoring. Whether each application gets its own resume and cover letter, and on which plan.
  • How it applies and where. Job boards, company career pages, email; and the countries it covers.
  • Control. Whether you can approve each application before it goes.

1. Jobra

Jobra is an AI job search agent for the US, the UK and Ireland (jobra.app) and Italy (jobra.it). It finds jobs that fit you from major job boards and aggregators, companies’ own career pages and cold applications to companies near you, then writes a resume and a cover letter for each job on every plan.

It applies by email in your name — the sender shows as “Your Name via Jobra”, the letter is the body, the CV is a PDF attachment — or through the company’s own form where it can. When a site needs an account or a captcha, the job becomes an “Apply yourself” card with the letter ready. You choose between Automatic sending (7 am to 9 pm, within your plan’s limit) and You approve what goes (nothing leaves without your swipe), and replies land in your own inbox.

Plans are monthly and you can cancel the renewal anytime: Starter $29 (10 applications a day in total), Pro $49 (20 sent by Jobra plus 20 by you, smart timing, interview simulator) and Max $99 (no fixed cap, fair use up to 100 a day of each kind), with the same numbers in £ and €. Where it is narrower: the daily volume is well below LazyApply’s higher plans, there is no free plan, and Jobra runs no automation inside LinkedIn. Details on the pricing page.

2. LoopCV

LoopCV’s home page says it “automatically applies on your behalf using AI”, or lets you check matches by hand first. It applies through companies’ applicant tracking systems, a browser extension and automated emails to recruiters, and its CV builder can tailor your CV for each job. Its pricing page shows a free plan with a limited number of automated applications and paid plans that “start from €9.99/month”, as listed in October 2026.

LoopCV is the closest like-for-like swap if you want automation with a free starting point and monthly billing. Read more in our LoopCV alternatives guide.

3. Simplify

Simplify’s Copilot is a free browser extension that, according to its product page, “autofills job applications on 100,000+ company career sites in one click”. You stay in charge of sending: its help article says to “click the employer’s final Submit button yourself”.

The paid tier, Simplify+, costs $19.99 a week, $39.99 a month or $89.99 every three months on the web, according to its features and pricing article. It adds AI resume tailoring, cover letters and Autopilot, which on supported postings “fills out and submits it without a review step” (Autopilot help article), using 20 credits a week, one per successful submission.

Simplify is the opposite of LazyApply on volume: fewer hands-off submissions, more of your own review.

4. JobCopilot

JobCopilot says it applies only to “verified jobs on official company career pages”, autofilling them for you (home page). Its pricing page lists Premium from $0.93 a day (up to 20 job matches daily) and Elite from $1.05 a day (up to 50), on weekly, monthly or quarterly plans, without showing the totals per period. Resume tailoring for every application is listed under Elite. No free plan is shown. We compare it with Jobra point by point in Jobra vs JobCopilot.

Which one suits you

  • Stay with LazyApply if very high daily caps and a single yearly payment are what you want, and your search runs on the platforms it names.

  • LoopCV if you want automation with a free plan to start and monthly billing.
  • Simplify if you’d rather submit yourself with free autofill, and pay only for a limited number of automatic submissions.
  • JobCopilot if you want career-page applications with short billing periods.
